Leasing Executive

Main Responsibility :

  • Liaise with potential clients introduced by brokers or external partners, bringing the deals to a successful signing
  • Communicate with clients/buyers
  • Liaise with external agencies, brokers and other third parties
  • Work with the rest of the sales team and use the combined experience and ideas to find best solutions of promotion of individual projects leading to successful sales

Requirements :

  • Maximum 45 years old
  • Having minimum 3 years experiences in the same field (with minimum 5 (five) years as Leasing / Sales Manager preferably from Property Development
  • Good command of English language
  • Have strong leadership and to manage team
  • Result oriented and good strategic thinking
  • Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Have a good organization and management skills
  • Willing to travel extensively and promote the product
  • Must have critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to be able to create promotions and analyze campaign data
