HR Generalist

Main Responsibility :

  • Ensure recruitment and personnel administration by identifying staff vacancies, recruit, cooperate with line managers to conduct interviewing and selection candidates to get the right person for all vacancies within the manpower budget
  • Prepare and maintain all HR information, records and reports accurately
  • Provide support the business throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, promotion and off boarding)
  • Ensure support general administration job by monitoring all office equipment, building facilities to create pleasure work conditions for employees
  • Manage overall HR Operations function including administer employee attendance, foreign employee documents, benefits claims such as health insurance and etc, and general administration
  • Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology or related field with min GPA 3.0 (scale of 4.0)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist field
  • Proficiency in English
  • Hard working, diligent and capable of working under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills and Team work
  • Excellent of service-minded with enthusiastic
  • Attitude “can do” and self-motivated.
