General Affair

Main Responsibilities :

  • Coordinating and controlling General Affair activities to ensure all employees company need are fulfilled
  • Responsible in purchasing office supplies and equipments
  • Responsible for business trip proposal and arranging the accomodation
  • Monitoring and ensuring all office facilities and office equipment can run smoothly
  • Coordinate General Services such as : building maintenance, vehicle maintenance, insurance, electricity, telephone, water supply, parking, etc
  • Monitoring all General Service activities such as general cleaning, maintenance-repair-recovery of office facilities, routine service of vehicle, etc
  • Coordinating and managing the tasks of security officer as well as Office Boy – office girl, Cleaning service officer, Driver, Messenger, Building Technician and Security
  • Handle various legal permits related to employment (such as Licensing labor, Issuance of Expatriate Employment Permit (IMTA), Temporary Stay Permit Card (KITAS), Visa. etc)
  • Organizing the company’s license such as STNK, SIUP, TDP, Akte Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan, Izin Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan, Domisili, etc)
  • Organizing the vehicle insurance

Qualifications :

  • Minimal Bachelor degree, with min GPA 3.0 (scale of 4.0)
  • Min experience 3 years as GA Staff. Experience in Property business preferably
  • Familiar to implement General Affair duties
  • Familiar to organize company’s license, employee permit, and insurance
  • Strong knowledge in BPJS procedural, both BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
  • Familiar to deal with government offices
  • Proficient Ms Office (Ms Excel, Ms Word, PP, etc)
  • Active in English, both oral and written
  • Good driving vehicle and have drive license (SIM A)
  • Target oriented and service oriented
  • Good Communication, patient, strong leadership
  • Good decision making, responsible, high integrity and loyal.
